Car wont crank...
Just did a LS swap and a gsr dash swap in a shell...
Now i never had this car running before..
I connected everything, all my grounds are good. everything seems to be hooked up right..
now when i turn the key the fuel pump will prime and i go to start it and all i will hear is some relays clicking..
i dont think this will matter, but nothing under the dash is hooked up, no cluster, no nothing..
I havent ereally looked at the car since i got the motor in and ran into this problem, i have been really busy... but.. what are some things i should look at??
I have been told its the starter, and maybe try push starting it.... im going to try that tonight and see whats up.. and also what should o be testing . i have anice fluke multimeter, im just kinda at a loss when it come to wiring... thanks for your help guys

Re: Car wont crank... (spoonie_GSR)
u can test the start itself. take the starter out hook up some jumper cables to the power and the ground and then use a wire to connect the pos to the ignition signal. the little starter gear should shoot out and turn if it works. u can do it with it still in the car aswell, ur just firing the starter manualy. If it works then u probably have a break in the power going from the ignition to the starter. find that and ur **** will start.

Just make sure you have A constant 12V's from the battery to the starter and then the other smaller wire that goes to the starter is for your starter solenoid this wire should be switched 12v when the key is in the crank postion.

Re: (dragline)
Yeah make sure you got a fully charged battery because that clicking could be the starter. If you don't have enough power then the starter is just gonna click. And if i were you, I would hook up all the wires under the dash.
