93 Del Sol B20vtec

I visually inspected every fuse I the car. None of the fuses seem to be broken even though one of them might be. I was just curious... the headlights and radio work. The Dome light and brake light works. And the car runs well, I just have no input from any of the sensors since the cluster is lit up but not getting a signal from the speed sensor. Even the fuel and temp don't come up. This all happened while driving after hitting a bump uncharacteristically hard.

I checked for a bad ground or short but found nothing.

Which fuse or relay should I replace to get the power windows, directionals and cluster input back?

Thanks in advance, I needs this info to drive the car safely while I seal the rings on the new b20vtec setup.
