Default Low Comp b18c /w itr head; what ecu?!?!

Hey guys, i'm getting back into the boost scene. I recently picked up a block from a friend of mine who decided to ditch his turbo build. The block is clean and here are the specs

JE pistons 9:1
Eagle Rods
ACL Race Bearings
Golden Eagle Block Guard
New oil pump
freshly honed

This short block is gonna be mated to my jdm itr head (pr3-3). I dont have the turbo set up now, and my current block must be switched out tomorrow and this one is going in. I want to know what ecu i should run in order to get around. Can i just use my stock p73 even though its made for the high comp pistons, or is there another idea. I know that a chipped p28 is the best way, but i dont have the money to get it tuned, chipped, and conversion harness since the holidays are rolling by. I just need this car to idle fine and drive good under 3500. I was thinking maybe a p72 or stick with the p73

On a side note, im trying to hit 375whp on this motor with the stock itr manifold. Is this doable?

I wouldn't even drive it then. That's just me.
