HONDA NEWB....CRX FI QUESTIONS...
hi im about to purchase a 1988 crx, ive searched and found dozens of diif setups.... and would like to know whats is the most cost efficent and reliable way to get 300whp out of it....im not sure what engine and turbo setup to pick for a balance of economical and reliablity....any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks
I would suggest a B16 turbo. It's been done hundreds of times with somewhat very basic combinations. The key will be in the tuner and that persons tuning abilities.

don't get a turbonetics turbo
id get a t3t4 50 or 57 trim with a .63 hotside either by garrett or borg warner both of those would be good to over 400whp when really pushed and should make about 270-290 at 10-12 psi .............these are rough estimates but those turbos are what i would look into buying
t-netics don't have the best reputation for reliability
