Cams for R18??
Does anybody make aftermarket cams for the R18? I haven't found anything. I assume there is no full aftermarket exhaust or header due to the single outlet exhaust manifold.
I meant plural as in multiple options or manufacturers. I'm well aware that the R18 only has one cam
I'm assuming there is nothing available since my searches have led to nothing. I thought for sure there would be at least one aftermarket option. Somebody even makes one for the d17.

d series at least had vtec. not the economy **** they shoved in the r. also i dont trust a motor with a plastic valve cover and plastic intake manifold to have performance in mind with its aftermarket.
stick to basic bolt ons. if that doesnt satisfy you, invest into another car

FWIW I've seen an aftermarket intake manifold. It's supposed to add about 5-10 whp. The truth is you're far better off just buying the Si I guess. But for commuting the r18 is probably just fine.
with regards to R18 cams - I doubt anybody has bothered to make one because they figure nobody is going to waste the time or money to put one in.
Why don't people just save their cash and put that money toward their car note or a project worthy of modifying.
You'll never recover the money you spent. Also, you narrow the market of people in which you can sell your car to. The only people that will buy a modded car are people like us and those people usually try to low ball you anyway.
The exhaust manifold is integrated into the cylinder head and your choice to improve this is an illegal aftermarket down pipe that cracks and having the head ported.
The engine is 1.8 single cam version of a K20A3 and there is no plug and play standalone tuning solution.
You can install all the bolt on all motor goodies in the world and the car will be marginally faster at best.
To see any real performance gains you'd have to build the motor and get a nice tuning solution. For that kind of cash you could do a respectable boost kit or build a car worth building. Why would you want to mod your daily driver to that extent anyway?
Sadly R18 owners won't listen to someone who has been there and done that and will do what they want to do.
If I was insistent on doing anything I'd source a K20Z2 from a CSX and swap that in. The drive train should be pretty inexpensive compared to a late model K20Z3 and be night and day over the R18. But that is just me.
To answer the original question; there isn't anything because companies generally don't produce parts for vehicles/engines they know won't yield any return on investment. Sure people will buy but will there be enough people that buy to recover production and R&D?
Additionally without tuning cams will produce marginal gains at best and since the R18 is tuned for economy you would be pissing your money down the drain.
Your only option is finding a couple of trashed R18s, getting their cams and have them reground with some different lift and duration profiles and test them out.
It's your cash, good luck!

Someone makes an aftermarket cam for the d17, so anything is possible I suppose. If I end up buying a civic with the r18 I won't do any modifiying to it. Like I said, the Si is way faster and is all stock, and the r18 is great for commuting.
