Default Battery leak......

Yeah, just looking for ideas.

No lights are on, dome light or anything. Nothing electronic is on inside.

Yet in 2 days the battery will completely die if I don't drive the car...

Battery is 4 months old.

Do you drive the car every day? How far?

If batteries do not get a complete charge and are used often they get sulfated. Which doesn't allow the cells in the battery to charge and they will lose their charge.

You probably just need a new battery. If you dont drive the car that much, I would suggest getting a trickle charger to maintain charge.

If your battery is only 4 months old you can take it back for a new one I'm pretty sure

Its not the battery.

It's the car.

Right now sitting in the car with no key in the ignition and doors closed...I hear a ticking noise coming out of the dash...like a clock.

it goes off If I put the ignition in "run"

I drive the car about 25 miles a day round trip to school work and home.

That's rite away what I thought, people often rig wires directly to the battery, check your fuse box My car had the radio hooked up directly so it never turned off.

I don't know where to even begin to check wiring?

like remove my dash and trace all the wires or what?

Seat belts? my seatbelts aren't automatic.

I think its stupid. For a year whatever in the dash didnt stay on. And now it does.

my luck
