do i need this ECU wires???

do i need this ECU wires???
1- is the AC stuff and im thinking about taking it out but idk whats under it (any clue??) should i take it out or not?
2- im still wondering what im going to find at the end of the ECU cables lol
im not going to have AC at all as you can notice and it will be my little full race car!!!!
does any1 knows if i need those wires(#2) they connect to the ECU
