Default Modifying Distributor from D15B8 to work on D16Z6

Basically I'm swapping my engine in one city, but I forgot my new distributor in another city, and in order to get that distributor I need to drive there. Would it be possible to mount the old distributor on the new engine even though only two of the three mounting bolts line up? I just need to have it on there for about an hour.

so
D15B8 Distributor -> mounted to D16Z6 Engine

based on this thread:

the only difference is the mounting flange

thanks

Yes, but i'm not even sure if 2 bolts line up. I've seen people use tywaps/plastic zip ties before. And i've personally used vice grips to hold a D15B7 distributor on a DOHC ZC to try it while waiting for a distributor. Basically as long as you can get it held on there reasonably securely you'll be fine.
