More specifics on it being a lemon. What are some issues with it?

what does that have to do with the engine? replacing the engine wont fix electrical issues.

not having an airbag was your own fault for not checking. You have to follow through with the procedure in fixing the ECT. Take your car to a mechanic and let them diagnose the problem and fix it.

fix what you know is wrong.

if its a dealer car, there are lemon laws. as for the airbag, thats fairly easy to fix.. plug and play if you can find all the parts from a non-deployed car.

Lemon laws only pertain to brand new cars and only if they are the first owner.

i said if its a dealer car. in the state of california, i know for sure there are actions to be taken when something like this happens. a crucial safety feature is not something you can leave out. (i only mentioned dealer cars because he said first payment)
