Default Need Help with codes please

So after getting my b16 in the car and starting it I got a swamp of codes.

code 3: Map
code 6 Water Temp Sensor
code 7: TPS
code10: Intake Air Temp

Everything is pluged in and it all worked fine before replacing the bottom end. Now all of a sudden I get all these code. I replaced the Water temp sensor in the thermostat houseing and nothing happened, And the gauge still doesnt work. When I unplugged the MAP the Car still ran, Same when I unplugged the TPS (With car running)

Ideas please?

I suppose I could try that, The step I took was: Pull the Ecu fuse, un did the neg cable, waited 10 mins and reconnected then started

Well first of all you might have switched the map and tps plugs. Check that....and as far as the ECT sensor its in the head. The one you replaced was the fan switch.
