Default Rings or Valves

My ZC is smoking only after warm up and acceleration, when the engine is cold there is very little to no smoke. After about 5 min warm up time its starts smoking am I looking at a full rebuild or maybe just valve seals and head gasket replacement.

smoke during acceleration normally means the piston rings are bad.

do a compression test, record the numbers....and a few teaspoons of oil to the cylinder being tested, redo the test.....if the numbers go up then its your rings, if it doesnt then its your valve seals
