thanks... i looked and the harness that came with the motor didnt have the map sensor wires on it. so i taped into the ecu wires and wired one... no more codes. and idles great...

 

Good to have an update, and with "success" written in it, too. As well, after much research on the wire harness below my dash, I am about to start cutting and splicing about a dozen or so wires for adding cruise control to my 93 DX. For my first attempt, I am just going to strip, twist and tape them. If it works, I will use crimpable butt and T connectors. It helps to know others do this. Yada yada no guts here.
