Default Very odd B series axle problem...

Motor is a B20B and is a JDM motor.

I bought a used midshaft and driveshafts from a guy who told me they were from a 99 Integra GSR. They fit into the midshaft perfectly fine once everything is in the car, however there is a slight problem with the midshaft. When I put it up against the block, it seemed as though 2 of the 3 bolt holes lined up, but the third has an 1/8" space between the block and the shaft. Here are some pics:

Is this the wrong midshaft? Someone said JDM blocks are different? Or this may be from an automatic transmission?

Should I be worried and go out and get a new midshaft or should I fill it with washers and bolt it up? OR should I bolt it down and screw it as tight as I can?

Is one warped or not flat? If you're just bolting it down tight, at least stick a washer inbetween to take the load.

I'm not exactly sure, when I didn't bolt it down, and put it up to the block, it couldn't really line up to the third one. I guess I'll go with a washer...is it safe driving like this tho?

it does look bent...the top hole that is. just bolt it down the way it is and it will be fine. better than running it with only two bolts.
