Axle problems
93 Civic
Driving along....
What I thought was the sound of me hitting bumps was actually a wild noise coming from the front of the car. It sounds like I keep hitting a cow, cause there is this thumping noise that just keeps on getting louder and faster as a speed up. It really gets loud when I turn left, and only does it a little bit when I turn right...
Question...is my axle dead....and if so how much will 2 run me as I might as well replace both....
Any help is greatly appreciated...

i'm not quite sure what hitting a cow sounds like, but you should probably raise the car up and take a look to see what you need to fix.
if it's your axle, i'm sure you can find a set of new aftermarket ones for about $100 each, that is if you're axles are indeed 'beating a dead cow'.
