Default H22 EG + Omni Coilovers --- kinda crap

Hey so I have an 92 cx hatch with an H22 in it and the suspension is the omni power coil overs that were around 600 bucks when I picked it up, obviously its a budget set of coil overs.

So the question is, What would you guys recommend for a set of coilovers for an EG that isnt really stiff that shakes the car to hell when you go over a speed bump slowly?

I have a set of H&R in my 96 accord and they ride fantastic they arnt bumpy as hell but when you get into a corner they are stiff "I believe because they have a 2 spring setup..smaller and larger spring"

I was thinking about getting a set of Megan racing ones for my civic with the adjustable damper control, but was courious if someone had EDFC for there tiens? and if so what are the odds you think you could adapt EDFC to work with another set of coilovers that have the same adjustable damper. other question being is that EDFC made well? good craftsmanship?

anywho if anyone has any suspension idea's post away, or also has Tiens and EDFC setup or has any other **** to give me, HAVE AT IT im all ears.

If you can spend a little under $1000, pickup some Koni's and GC's. I'd let Ground Control know about the heavy H22 up front, maybe they'll compensate with custom spring rates.

i had omni power streets on my teg before, they were SO friggin stiff. i sold it 1 week later and bought koni/gc and never looked back. another vote for koni/gc

i think i read h22 arent much heavier than b-series. so find out before you go out and buy some heavy front springs. remember it is the rear that really determines how stiff your car is. If the rear is soft, the front will absorb the impact better vice versa.

Yeah I was going to post the comment about the H's not being much heavier then the B's since someone had a post about it to prove people wrong.. gotta love it.. well I was really interested in getting something like megan racing or perhaps skunk2 or some others around 1000 bucks, I really would like to adapt the EDFC by tien to some other non tien springs.. anyone else got any ideas?
