damper rate tein ss for eg h22 civic
just put on my suspension and was wondering what damper rate you guys with the same set up or similiar set up as me use?

hey man im about to do this same set up how good is it????is it worth it or should I go with KYB's with some eibach sport lines??? but id rater go with full coilover please help
