I was wondering if anyone can correct me if I'm wrong on my front brake conversion. My plans were to swap out my stock front brakes off my 1998 honda civic dx (non abs) to a gsr front brake conversion. I've searched and have notice i needed the 96/00 si or ex knuckle, hub and spindle and the gsr caliber and rotor would bolt right up. Do you think this conversion is worth the money? does it matter if it's abs or non abs? is there anything else i am missing beside what i stated? if there is please feel free to let me know.

Anyone correct me if im wrong. But as far as i know GSR/EX/SI have the same caliper size and rotors. To do this swap you need to change the hub/spindle. I tried EX calipers on DX hub didn't fit. If you didn't get them yet. Just go to junkyard and get ex spindles, lca, sway bar and master cylinder. It's gonna cost you cheaper.
I mention LCA since DX doesn't come w. sway bar nor holes to mount sway bar. Smart way to upgrade suspension at this point.
Good luck.
