how long has the magnaflow catback been used for? it could be that the muffler canister is getting old. I know that my greddy evo does this but only cause its getting old and the inside if probably breaking up...

ok the catback has a resonator in it, that gets loose,
take the silence out weld it around an it will be fine, usually after 1 year all exhaust do that if they arent super high quality.

i dont know how long the cat backs been used for but still looks pretty clean from the inside.

so right now i need to open the resenator and reweld the inside? it also sounds like its coming from right under the drivers side floor?

check those rubber things that holds the whole exhuast up. mine rattle really bad 4 months ago when i'm in high speeds, but thats only because one of my rubbering was way off and the exhaust hinge was hitting the car hinge.

It might be as easy as just checking to see if the bolts holding your exhaust aren't coming loose. Crawl under your car and check to see if they are. Happened to me on my car. I finally had to loc-tite the bolts. Now thre's no rattle. Always check the small things first. g/l
