i want to know what site or who do u call to check your block id to see if its legit or stolen, thanks.

Call the police station. Tell them you want to purchase an engine but before you do you would like to see if it has been stolen. Get the VIN if you can.

Give the VIN a run on carfax.com. I'm not sure if it'll show anything but its worth a shot.
