headlight adjustment

ok so my buddie bought a 98 teg...never adjusted the headlights on it...
so if anyone can explain it, i would appreciate

there not much to it.....pretty much there are two 10mm bolts on the top of the head lights..u should be able to move the light up n down after you loosen the bolts.....
