well i was just wondering if i would see any gains with a itr header. things i have currently in the car are a follow.

ls/vtec
intake
b16 pistion on ls rods
custom exhaust

 

Not really, maybe a few horses.

 

With a JDM ITR 4 to 1 header with a 2.5 inch collector you will see a nice power gain through out your RPM band.. You can get a new one one jdmland.com but they're a little spendy... Worth it in my opinion... Fantastic factory header

 

was the infamous itr header only jdm or offered int he US also?

the jdm ITR header is a tubular 4-1 style manifold with a 2.5 inch collector.
the USDM ITR header is a cast 4-2-1 style manifold with a 2.5 inch collector.
the USDM ITR has larger primaries than the normal GSR and LS header
it also is longer than the regular gsr/ls header

 

i would wait/save a little more and go with a hytech replica. venture over to the all motor forum and you can see the gains people have got with them.
