Default B16 swap into 92 teg

i have been lookin to see how to do this for like 3 days and havent been able to find anything helpful. i am goin to buy the xsi 92 -93 integra b16a motor off hmo that comes with everything. ecu harnesss tranny motor and the other stuff any help would help out alot thanks

since you have a 92 integra its already obd1. The xsi swap should be a direct bolt in procedure. The only custom work you will have to do is wire the Vtec solenoid, the Vtec oil pressure and the knock sensor and you are set. I did this with a 95 JDM GSR and it was a straight drop in becuase it was OBD1 already.

You can't use the harness you're getting, hmo so far as I know only says JDM stuff, which = RHD harness.

my buddy and i found this out the hard way with a jdm b16 into his eg! haha. dont worry though, all you have to do is pull the harness off of the b18a1 and put it onto the b16. you will need to run wires for vtec and the knock sensor. just search around, theres a little picture of how and where to pin the wires to. its really easy.

u should of just bought a b16 head and did a ls vtec....i seen b16 in a teg n while it takes a lot of power to be fast......
