I've never done an LS swap specifically, but generally you can fab up a custom bracket and reuse the civic throttle cable.

94eg8 has got the right idea...On my b16 swap i used the same throttle cable and bracket...went to home depot and got a piece of alluminum of the same width as throttle bracket, cut the alluminum down to about 4 "

i reused my y8 bracket and y8 throttle cable on my b16 swap, works fine. I just drilled a second hole where the bracket meets with the intake manifold. good to go.

When I got my LS swap, They gut said it had a special bracket to reuse my D series cable... It indeed did, so that means that someone out there is selling them. A quick google search should turn up some answers

really it isn't hard at all

1.measure the distance between holes on the throttle cable.
2. measure the distance between the holes on the intake.
3. adjust postition of the throttle cable and braket to where you need it
4. drill holes and mount.
