Default throttle cable question (searched)

i did a jdm b16 swap into my 94 civic dx coupe

first off im gonna keep the factory throttle cable....bottom line

second my bracket wont allow that unless i modify it

my swap didnt come with the throttle cable bracket on the IM....

now i have managed to find a throttle cable bracket(i think off a gsr or b16 not sure) but apparently when i install it i cant get my part on the cable that sits in the bracket to actually sit in the bracket.....the space on the cable sits roughly 1.25 inches away from the holder on the bracket.

here is a pic i found of the bracket im talking about but instead of the bracket facing the t-belt side it faces the dizzy side (which one do i have? i think it says p2t on it meaning "b16" am i correct?)

but anyway the bracket doesnt fit onto the cable. like i said the bracket sits about 1.25 inches to the right of the spot on the cable that it needs to lock onto. see my ghetto picture below lol

i was gonna try use plumbers tape tripled up to make me a half *** piece so i can move the cable bracket over 1.25 inches

now before i hack me a gangster *** throttle cable bracket is there an oem throttle cable bracket that i can use so i can retain my factory dx throttle cable?

id hate to have to spend money on a new cable when a bracket or making an extension is way simpler

thanks h-t

Yep type r throttle cable and got the bling P73 cable bracket as well. It was only like 35.00 from a company but I can't remember who.
