H2B CRX no spark?
Posting for a friend.
Jdm obd1 h22 (from hmotorsonline)
1988 Crx HF
The Engine is turning over fine. I actually heard it over the phone.
Fuel pump is coming on and priming.
Car is using rywire 0bd0 to Obd1 ecu jumper harness with chipped P28
note: Also has used stock p28, to see if its the ecu. And disconnected the jumper and tried a PM6 obd0 ecu to see if it was the jumper.
The ground is on the thermostat housing correctly.
The distributor is the Hmotors one and doesn't have a spare.
Also all fuses in cabin and engine bay are good
Im trying to help, over the phone and that can be a pain.
Problem: no spark on # 1 spark plug?
The only thing I could think off after I confirmed all the above was Bad Coil, or Bad Wires. The are both from Hmotors and Ive never heard of any faulty Dizzys from them?
Any advice could help. He does have a daily, but small bugs like this are irritating.
