fill it to the top dot on your dipstick and check it again. make sure your oil filter and drain bolt are snug.

if you are not leaking oil and really burning that much, you should see blackish blue smoke coming from your tailpipe. do a compression test. if you cant hold oil, it would be time to replace your piston rings.

compression test will tell you if its your piston rings - leakdown test will tell you if its your valve seals. ive heard of aftermarket distributors burning oil but not that much..

luckily you can do that on car..but its kind of a job, and youll need to follow a book.
youll have to take the cams out and take the springs off..also make sure you have the valves secure so they do not fall into the cylinder..

this would be a good time to upgrade also while you have it apart

or its about time to change out the t belt.so you could just do the whole thing at once. t belt head gasket and vavle seals all at the same time... plus its alot less pain in the *** to just pull the head when working on it for such a job as the vavle seals.. the seals only cost about 20 bucks from honda. and depending on your experience should only take a couple hours for the whole thing. but if your not wanting to pull the head and all that your going to have to set it up on tdc and compress the cylinder with ar so your vavles dont drop while working on that clylinder. and just repeat steps over and over for the firring order. one cylinder at a time. not to fun plus if you drop a vavle your pullin the head anyways. so why not just do it to begin with. my 2 cents....lol

My DA burns quite a bit of oil too, a quart every 500 miles or so most of the time. Perfect compression (190+-1psi on all 4), so it's gotta be the valve seals. Just have to get to replacing them...
