Just changed my oil...almost no oil came out!
I changed my oil today and this is all the oil that came out...
Thats a windshield washer fluid jug. There's no oil leak and there's no smoke or anything coming from the exhaust. I let it drain for a long time until it wasn't even dripping anymore. And this is all that came out. What could be going on?

You're burning oil slowly but surely? Have you done a leakdown test? or a compression test? Start with a leakdown test. I'll bet it's a leaky valve seal.

Also, could this have damaged the engine at all having gone through this whole process of putting in 3.5 quarts and having a teaspoon of oil come out 3000 miles later?

Yeah I do have VTEC. I don't get into it all the time so I hadn't noticed whether or not it was working. This is in the car listed in my sig.

i think you're fine if your low oil pressure light didnt come on.. but there is still a good chance of engine damage. Those dummy lights come on only on extreme cases of low oil pressure, like close to no oil pressure, so it's not really a light u can rely on at all..

Agreed, those things seem only to come on during catastraphic failure. I had a buddy questioning why his vtec didn't come on, checked the oil and it had no basically no oil just like the original poster.

Nice
Never let it go that long, you must not check your dipstick often

Re: (DougNuts)
Well for the last 2 years I've never had this problem. Why would I expect it all of a sudden and check my dip stick all the time?

What could it be and how can I fix it?

yeah start off there maybe first couple of days till you get more confortable about not checking it. Really they say you should check it once a week or when you fill up with gas. About the only times I check my oil is right before I change it and about a day or 2 after I changed it just to make sure the oil has gotten through all the little passages in the engine and that has 142,000 miles. And for some reason it's always a quart low when I change. But I've read on here that honda's go through about a quart between oil changes. Also it does sound like you have a serious problem, I would get that checked out, btw what oil and weight are you using?

If you read them Helms or Chiltons manual it tells you that when VTEC is engaged, small amounts of oil get burnt so sometimes alot of people like to just hang out in VTEC all day and beat the crap out of there engine. Then they notice theres no oil and wonder whats going on. Im not saying you beat up your motor but im just letting you know that VTEC tends to burn a little oil due to high rev.

Has the idiotic quesiton of "how long since your last oil change?" come up yet? I'll bet it's not 3,000 miles or even 5,000 miles. Working for Valvoline when I'm not doing college, the only Hondas I've seen that come in with that little oil (that's probably half a quart, by the way) are people who believe that their car can go 10,000 miles on an oil change.
"But I just forgot...I mean, it was running fine."
Then a rod flies through the block. Change your oil every 3,000 miles: it's less than $20 to do it yourself and it takes 10 minutes. Also, do a compression test every 20k miles or so just to keep your car at peak performance and efficiency. Take care of your car and it will take care of you. People don't say that for ***** and giggles.
EDIT: check your oil filter, oil pressure sending unit, VTEC solenoid, valve cover gasket and distributor area for leaks.
