I can't pull my codes on chipped and vtec'ed P75 ECU

I have a CEL. I'm driving in limp mode (it runs rough, barely idles, stalls at lights, and will not rev past 3K rpm). I jump the service check connector and get a solid CEL. No codes are displayed. How do I find out whats wrong if it doesn't show me any codes. Heres hoping my ECU isn't all jacked up, since I installed the Xenocron Vtec kit and chip kit myself.

try putting another stock ecu in to see if it runs better, if it does your ecu is jacked up!
