I've been searching and from what I've gathered this is a 96-01 GSR Integra distributor.Is this correct?Also is $100 a good price for it(its used but is in good condition)?

in my opinion this looks like integra distributor. and $80 -$ 110 is average price for this so its an fair deal for used one.
