Default Wont Stop Accelerating?? B18 swap

Just to get some facts down, so you know where I'm coming from:

I'm not running a mount (stabalizer) on the bottom of the block (driver side bottom)

I'm missing a bolt on my passenger side motor mount.

I'm not running a CAT (not by choice, car was on Nitrous prior to my purchase)

I'm throwing codes for the IACV which I plan to fix/replace this week. (usual bouncing RPMs, similar to a vaccum leak)

Now the problem.. My car wont stop accelerating until I hit about 40mph in 4th gear. This is a huge problem (getting on and off the gas with the way my motor mounts are is really jerky) and it's just annoying.

Any ideas what this is? why it does it? Sound familiar? idk.

Does it idle really high if you mash the clutch in during this unprecedented acceleration or does it go back to normal bouncing idle? We need more details.

It will drop to under 1500rpm. The idle is really screwy because of the IACV, sometimes it idles low at 300, sometimes it hangs around 1500 and I can let go of the clutch in first slowly and just drive away.

It's like you are either accelerating, or your foot is off the gas.

maybe you should check the codes in the ECU for some help, something like this must be throwing a code by now.... the ECU you are using could have different codes than the manual you're using (I was using an accord book for an integra ECU once and it kept throwing me off because a code 14 was fuel injector on the accord but it was really iacv or something like that on the integra ECU)
Also this sounds characteristic of maybe a TPS problem or MAP sensor. Maybe even a sticking throttle plate/cable? Good luck.
