ok so when i am just driving and i let off of the gas it feels like the transmission is thrusting forward then back again.
it moves the shifter and i hear a thud. i am pretty sure its a bad mount but not possitive.
any input?
oh and the car has a little bit of vibration at idle.

 

Sure does sound like a motor mount problem. Inspect them as best you can and try to see if any of them are torn.
