How-to: CTR carpet on EJ6
Tools needed:
Phillips Screwdriver
Socket Set
Scissors or Utility Knife
Advice:
1. Find a safe place to put screws and clips, you will have a lot of them.
2. Have patience.
First off start by removing the two front seats. There are four bolts per seat. Don't forget to disconnect the seat belt plug.

Remove the center console.

You don't have to, but I did remove the rear seat bottom, I believe you have to take the top part in order to get to this bolt to remove the bottom.

Remove the side panels or whatever they are called. You need to pull the back panels and then pull these ones from under the back panels, they are secured by clips, so just pull them up and out of the way. I forgot to mention, you need to remove the front seatbelts in order to take out the side panels.

Remove the kick panels and remove the dead pedal.

Now, this part was hard for me, there is a wire that runs from the floor to under the dash and into the fuse box, it has yellow connectors. There are two ways to do this, you can try to unscrew the star shaped screw:

Or you can do what I had to do, unplug the plugs behind the dash and on the fusebox. All the yellow connectors are the ones that need to be unplugged.

After you remove everything you get this.

Now on to removing the actual carpet.
Remove the three clips located in the rear, under the bottom cushion of the rear seats.

Now you should be able to pull the carpet right out.

For the installation of the new carpet is the reverse of the removal of the old one, but you have to do certain modifications, since the CTR carpet is for a RHD vehicle.
Start putting the carpet in place.

You need to cut a small hole to fit the plug for the drivers seatbelt sensor.

Next, the spot for the dead pedal needs to be cut out with the utility knife or scissors.

Now, you will notice that the center front part of the carpet doesn't fit correctly, so you need to find a way to make it fit somehow, by cutting it or whatever.

Now install the center console, side panles and kick panels.

Now the front seats.
One thing I forgot to mention is that the three holes in the rear of the carpet where the clips are supposed to go, don't line up, so you have to cut three additional holes to line them for the clips.
I hope this write-up helps out people that want to do this mod.

Well, when I did it I also changed the floor harness so it took me a very very long time, but if you are doing just the carpet, I think you can do it in about 2 or 3 hours to do it right.
I know I'm bumping an old thread, but I heard there are gaps on the sides near the gas cap, etc, I was wondering if you wanted to snap photos or elaborate a bit on it. Can't seem to find concrete answers anywhere else.
