ARC Intake quest.
This is a foam type filter, correct?
I've ran foam (Uni) and K&N type filters both on my sprint car, the easiest way to clean both is warm water and some mild dish soap. Let them dry, and then put a nice even light mist of filter oil on them.
If you really wanna clean it out good, straight gasoline will take care of it, but it will also deteriorate the filter much much quick and you have to be careful not to oil and install it before it gets completely dried out.
