You can pick up one of those K&N filtercharger kits for about 6 bucks at Kragen, Autozone, etc. That'll work

Re: intake filter cleaning?? (siqcivic)
what is a filtercharger kit?
Part one is some sort of solvent .. you spray it on the outside of the filter then run water from the inside of the filter (so you push the dirt out of the filter not in to it).
After it drys you use the 2nd part of the systerm soem sort of oil that comes in an aerosol can, you spray that on the outside of your filter .. and your done !
