Noob Introduction and Project questions.
I just found me a project and want to know what's possible and and worth it.
It's a 1995 Civic DX 4 dr Auto. Nothing pretty but it does allready have a few upgrades. Cold air intake, Aftermarket exhuast. Strut bars underhood. It's a Non-vtec 16 valve unkown motor. I was told that it ran great until... it stopped getting fuel. A friend of mine who works at a honda Dealership said more than likely it is the Main fuel relay. I dunno.
What I want to know is What can be done under the hood for performance and then inorder to get the most do i need to swap to manual trans. I am wanting to go turbo and not sure how well a turbo would work for launches with an auto trans?
I know on Chevys you can throw in a stahl torque converter and build boost to whatever RPM range and then off like lightining you go. Do they make stalls for Hondas? Oh well please help. Thanks.

The slushbox's in Hondas are weak. You're better off converting to manual, gives you quite a few options and tons of aftermarket support. You can find how in the FAQ.
