Default swap question need help

i got a d16y7 motor in a 00 lx with a rod knock. i picked up a d16z6 vtec motor for cheep will it swap in w.o roblems? will the knock sensor in the back need to be changed? harness's the same? will the CEL be on because of the diff motor? i will be swaping everything over from the y7 to the z6 block/head. Any help would be great, i searhed for a bit but couldnt find any specifics.
