Wierd Blackout in my GSR
Vehicle: 1996 Integra GSR
Well long story short, when I turn the key to 2nd position everything powers on the the fuel pump primes but when I go to crank I lose power to everything. The car will only start if she is jumped and after hitting operation temp I get some weird issues like dash lights dimming and a rough idle.
I tested the battery with a volt meter is reads 12 when shut down and 14 when running so I dont think its the alternator. Where else should I look or what should I test next? I am at a loss any and all help is appreciated thanks!

Well first, your battery needs about 12.5 to start your car. Could even be your battery going bad.
When I have weird electrical issues like this, I take the car to advanced auto and have them do their free diagnostic.
