idle and gas pedal problems

the idle goes up and down and is not steady. the gas pedal is toooo close to the floor. replaces tps sensor and air flow. i need help... for a 93 civic. don't know much about cars!!!!

well first check ur throttle cable see if thats loose or not, change the senson and see what happens, check ur car over befroe assumin things
