Default H22A swap...post complications

So i swaped my base motor out of my 99 prelude for a JDM H22A. And ran pretty strong for a few weeks, last night i got on the throttle getting on to the freeway. After that i noticed my car was running rich and heard a loud sucking sound like a vaccum hose was broken coming from under the manny...car runs good still but just isnt right.

Can somebody help me out...have any idea???

Possibly your IABs? you know, the butterflys in your intake mani. They run on vaccum and I suppose if they are closed when they should be open it could cause it to run rich.

Doesnt sound like your butterfly valves, they are turned on and off by your IM pressure.

So the only issue you are having is that it runs rough at start up?

How do you know its running rich?
