my friend has a 94 accord and the dimmer nor the cigarette lighter dont work any suggestions? i checked all the fuses.....lmk

 

If the dimmer doesn't work the dash lights shouldn't work.

Did you check the wiring on the cigarette lighter?

 

yeah the dash lights dont work either and no i havent checked the wiring on the lighter but the lighter has been out for a while and the dash lights just went out

 

Assuming the Small Lights Fuse is good (under hood) then most likely the dimmer switch is bad. If it doesn't work then the lights won't work.

As to the cigarette I'd look at the wiring first, it's possible it's loose or not even attached on the back end. Does the small light in the ash tray work?

Yep yep,

The cigarette light is on the same wiring bit as the bulbs for both the ash tray and the cigarette ring light. It's possible the wiring slipped off the back of it.
