Default Machine Work on GSR block

i've got my block in the machine shop now, i wanted to go 82mm, is that too much for the stock sleeves?

stock is 81 so going one more is fine

x2 same thing i've heard. 81.50 is a popular overbore just so you don't waste the block on the first build.

word. boring it to the max desreases the amount of heat that can dissipate from the cylinders. i would go .050 over and run darted sleeves. cast iron preferably. but hell its your motor. lol i just dont want you to be the guy all those domestic [pejorative]s see on the side of the road and laugh about.

If you're running NA, then overboring to 82mm is fine. If you're planning to boost, then 81.5mm is the max
