fog light wireing

i need to know where the yellow and the blue wires go

i think the blue wire is the power, i wired that straight to the battery, either one of them goes to the circuit board, or they both connect to each other

blue is power

yellow goes to the circuit board

and red u should have another wire for it to go whit
