Default A/F Gauge Wiring

Did search but no good. Was wondering which is more accurate for the a/f gauge to be tap at. The o2 sensor or the ecu? Does it matter? Any difference? Will tapin at the ecu make it less bouncy and more accurate or something? Thanks.

i noticed better readings at the ECU(might just be in my mind) but its better knowing there isnt wires running all around ur engine bay.

i tapped to both, and it SEEMED as if the O2 sensor took longer to get more accurate, whereas the ECU only took a minute or so....i just like not worrying about the wire getting snagged on something OUTSIDE the engine...

good luck

mike

There should be no difference.

It may be inaccurate...but it will still give u a general idea of whether ur running rich or lean.
