99 accord LX power steering fluid *HELP*
so this morning i went to murrays and got a quart of valvoline power steering fluid for my accord, i didnt drain the whole resevoir and replace it but i just added a couple ounces to it so it went from min level to max level.
about 5 hours later when me and my friend were messing around with the car, i read the back of the bottle and it said "NOT RECOMMENDED FOR HONDA VEHICLES"
so im wondering if that couple of ounces of P.S. fluid will do any harm to my car?
however I have noticed a smoother steering.

Find a friend that has a vaccum brake bleeder. Drain and fill the fluid reservoir several times. That small amount of fluid shouldn't hurt anything. But fresh fluid will help everything.
I still would not leave it in there. Get all the fluid out of the p/s system and replace it with factory honda fluid. Just FYI if you need to top off the P/S fluid again just use DOT 3 or 4 brake fluid. It will work fine. The honda p/s fluid is highly refined mineral oil (hydralic fluid). Guess what your brake fluid is?
