What would be the next upgrade to get more power out of a b16 greddy turbo setup?

 

more info...is the motor stock? how much boost? what are you looking to acheive?

 

motor is stock and wanna achieve around 250 hp! Its pushing only 5psi.

 

a turbo b16 and 250hp should be easy just turn up the boost and tune accordingly.. it should run that on stock internals its at almost 200hp stock isint it


or are u talking about a d16

 

160 stock without the turbo, but w/ turbo yes around 200...

 

how do I boost more and what kind of tune do i do? rite now im using the emanage that came with the setup. Can i use that to tune to achieve 250hp?

 

1. Ditch Emanage and get a real EMS
2. Buy a boost controller
3. Go to a tuner, up the boost to a point where the tuner deems safe, but make the power you want.
4. Enjoy and dont get caught.

California makes it really tough to do much to your car. The Emanage is legal, but much else is going to be illegal. Also, you may have to look into larger injectors. IIRC, the Greddy comes with 310cc injectors which are going to be too small...

 

^^what he said...and you can run a safe 10lbs on a good tune with factory internals..key work is TUNE!!!!! and find the best tuner in your area

 

get the ecu chipped using hondata, chrome, ectune, and a good tune
