when i purge my car at the start up, i hear a loud noise until the check light turns off. i think its the fuel pump. and when i start teh car. you can hear teh same noise constantly. i recently changed the entire fuel tank, and the fuel tank i replaced it with has a fairly new fuel pump. is there a reason why it would be making this noise> is teh fuel pump "breaking in." or could a hose not be put on all the way?

 

it may be a faulty noisy pump....its def the pump so i wouls double chack everything you did
