Default 96 civic ex with idle surge at 15200 rpm

ok...well i recently bought a civic (aauto) with a 5 speed block.....well the iacv on this is 2 wire and auto is 3 wire..anywhy..i bought me a y7 t body...same as auto t body.and i cut a connector for the iacv from a junkyard car.(one on my cars harness was cut)............well i connected the iacv wires to its color on the wires off the plug, solderd and heatshrinked them..put my lil trottle body on..wich is a 3 wire iacv.hook everything up and wen the car turns on its idle is really low...probly under 500..also for somereason wen u push the gas slowly itll have an idle surge at 1500 rpm...also if your cruzing and it hits 1500....thats the only time.... ..opposed to before...becasue they bootleged the 2 wire iacv......
things i did...

1)yesterday i removed ecu,let it sit for a dew and pluged it in..
2)today i removed a fuse on underhood fuse block(as i read wen searching) and unhooked battery.3)removed the plastic sensor thing were the iacv wires plug too and cleaned.
4)removed the fitv...i guessing.....the one the 2 coolnt linmes hook up too and cleaned..
5)adjust idle higher

and still the same.....

then i got another old y7 t body and swaped the iacv and fitv thingy....it got worse...it wen to about 3000 on idle and surged...and satyed like that..

i also got the map off the y8 t body i removed to see if that was it and still the same......

oh and one other thing...cel is on...havent got it scanned yet

any one have any sugestions...or anyone beeen down this road???
any help would be greatly appreciated...

lol.....my bad.... 1500 rpm....i thought i fixed it before i posted it....

well i went to autozone...they did the ecu scan thingy....it read back codes:

P0108 WICH SAYS ITS THE MAP.....sayd the pcm has determined that the manifold absolute pressure sensor or the barometric pressure sensor input is higher than expected for the current engine operating conditons...

what would cause high voltage on the map??

also:

P15096 WICH IS IACV CIRCUIT FAILURE....

could a defective IACV make the map throw a code also??

because i put the other IACV and it got worse.....then i put a the map wich was on the y8 t body before and it still remained....

a new IACV is 200 buks at the parts stoe....

i dunno.....

do you have connectors switched? the map is on top of the tb. the iacv is not on the tb, its on the back of the intake manifold. the tps has the same 3 wire connector as the map plug so maybe you reversed those two. of course i would expect you to have a throttle position code also.. is your iacv even plugged in?

nope the map and throttle are not switched...lol i figured that out earlier this summer when i did a y8 manifold swap on a d16y7...but i did switch them wen i was messing with it just to be sure....

iacv is plugged in....im kinda thinking it may be the wires if not the iacv itself...because the original plug was cut.(precious owner tryied to rig up the 2 wire iacv)so i went and cut the 3 wire plug off a car at the junk yard.but i soldered the wires....

if i new how to fix i would.....can you give me info jasony0630?
i took it apart and cleaned it.
