This car has 206,000 . I just recently rplaced the fuel filter distrubutor and cap, plugs and wires. I also took off the stock intake and replaced the air filter with a k+n filter. The car is running great but I went from 27 mpg to 19 mpg. I have heard that taking out the 02 sensors and cleaning them is good maintenence and might help. If anybody knows how to do that or why my car is getting such poor mileage please let me know I have never seen anything like this.

 

when is the last time you replaced the cat? my gas milage was poor ,i found out my cat was shot .. now its much better.
