eg cx hatch, do the blinker wires go behind the radio area? my radio was stolen and they cut a bundle of wires and my turn signals dont work but the hazards do. Does anyone think this could be a cut wire or a relay problem?

The hazard switch might have been damaged somehow. That could cause the turn signals to no longer work. I know it does for 6th gens, but I'm not sure for 5th gens.

On 6th gens the hazard switch could be damaged and make it so the hazards work, but not the turn signals. Replace the switch and it all works again.

 

idk about that one... the switch isnt damaged. bc the radio is near it. the wire does kind drop down to the area just check and see if its anything that can jus be wired back together...

 

If he can find another switch, it'd be worth trying since it's a known problem in 6th gens (and I hear 5th gens too).

 

replaced the relay did nothing,,,,, weird thing when i turn the lights on the right blinker stays on and wont go off also the hazards wont work if the lights are on the blinkers will only stay on , when lights are off though the hazards will work.. Anyone?

 

connect all the wires back to their original connections, mine got messed up and my turn signals were jacked up. also check your fuses

 

i checked fuses, is there a certain one im missing? Also the stereo was cute out,, does that have something to do with it? They wont connect because the connector was taken
