LC-1 - XD16 - Error 2 - Voltage Info? >>
Starting getting error code 2 for an open heater circuit on the LC-1 this weekend. This has been installed for about 2 years. I double checked all the connections and cleaned the ground. Sensor works fine at idle but when driving it typically only works about 2-5min before throwing the error 2.
I replaced the Wideband Sensor with a new one and re callabrated the heater and open air. Still the same issue.
How often does the controller go out, and what can I check voltage wise to confirm where the issue is.
thanks,

as you said that code is for a open heater circuit....is the sensor plugged in good? ie, is the connector damaged/melted in any way or does any of the wiring look damaged?
since you already replaced the sensor, the problem must be between the sensor and the controller...if its not something inside the controller.
sorry, but thats about the extent of my help on this...i've luckily never had that problem.

Innovate is good to replace broken units. Just give them a call or e-mail. They replaced mine when it was WAY out of warranty.
Thanks for the replys.. everything looks normal, no melted parts or damaged wireing. I am going to try some CRC cleaner on the connectors for the O2. If that does not work I will call Innovate.
